Pre Design Service

• Initial Consultation with the client
• Discuss your vision and any ideas you have
• Gain an understanding of your style and requirements
• Take digital images of the existing
• Prepare a brief description of the projects intent
• Discuss budget requirements
• Survey and measure up the existing site
• Site analysis in relation to aspect and existing environment
• Verbalise initial concepts and walkthrough ideas

Developing the Design Process

• Conceptual design and discussions
• Development and expansion of schematic designs
• Sketches and presentations
• Research into special requirements
• Development and presentation of final design details
• Creation of final Architectural, Engineering, Electrical and Landscape Design plans
• Format plans to local Government requirements
• Monitor and guide plans through the approval process
• Respond to objections
• Obtain approval and Construction certificate
• We can fast track Construction Certificates in about 2 weeks once all the required information is collated using private certifiers rather than council
