Once the DA is approved and the Construction Certificate is issued, Building commences. By this time we have a precise plan with every aspect accounted for and we begin to execute this plan.

Using hands on approach and in-depth knowledge of the Design and Construct process, we plan and manage each project from concept to completion.

A professionally formulated plan is created, documented, priced and executed to completion. Everyone involved is professionally managed in all aspects of their involvement and the project is undertaken in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.

The client is kept informed and is in the loop at all times.

All involved will benefit from clarity of task and a positive outcome is assured. The successful building process is a detailed exercise in the planning, organisation and coordination of a large number of people and materials to achieve a pre-determined result in a calculated time and within budget.

• A fully priced list of quantities is created for every item used in the Project per trade. This nails down a significant amount of the cost.
• An order list is provided for all the materials in the job from nominated suppliers to the last $
• We research and order all Owner selection items
• Interior design and Colour consulting services are available.
• Real time flow chart for the job from start to finish is provided.
• Supervision and administration of the overall project and warranty period
• Full Home Warranty Insurance as Class 1 Preferred Builders
• Full Public Liability and all risk insurances
